Return and  exchange policy :

extensions must be returned to the store within 48 hours of pickup or delivery date. Extensions must be unopened , unwashed , in the original packaging. Cannot be altered , colored , shampood, straightened , curled. Please check hair thoroughly before the 48 hours mark,  afterward 48 hours  a refund / exchange cannot be processed. There will be a 4% restock fee when you return , 4% will be deducted from your refund before going back to your original payment method. Fund availability will depend on your banking institution and is out of our control once the refund is processed. 

 

pickup and shipping policy :

extensions will be available for same day pickup and shipping for orders made before 4pm in most cases. If possible it will be shipped or available for pickup after 4pm but not guaranteed. If you’re in need of same day pickup , it’s best to contact merchant before purchasing to ensure availability. 678-379-9127
